Terms of Service.
Effective date: June 14, 2026 · Last updated: June 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Try Nourish ("Nourish," "we," "us"). By using the Nourish website or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Nourish is
Nourish is a personalized supplement-recommendation service. After you complete a clinical questionnaire, our matching engine produces a plan covering every goal you select, along with dosing, timing, evidence grade, drug-interaction flags, and citations per supplement. Recommendations are drawn from a vetted protocol matrix derived from independent evidence sources.
This is not medical advice
Nourish is an educational and informational service, not a medical service. Our recommendations do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for the care of a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor, pharmacist, or other licensed healthcare provider:
- Before starting any new supplement, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take prescription medications.
- If you experience any adverse reaction.
- Before stopping any prescribed medication.
We make every effort to flag known drug interactions and contraindications, but the safety information we surface is not exhaustive and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nourish. By using the service you represent that you are 18 or older.
Your account and the email you provide
To see your plan you provide your name and email address. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We will use your email to deliver your plan and to communicate occasionally about Nourish; you may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse-engineer or scrape it, submit deliberately false information that may produce unsafe recommendations, or use the service to develop a competing product.

Affiliate revenue does not influence which supplement we recommend (that decision is determined entirely by our clinical matcher) nor which brand we recommend (chosen on independent third-party testing). See the Affiliate Disclosure for the full statement.
