If you're in the lower band we surface a sleep protocol. The specific combo (general core, anxiety-adjacent, or circadian/shift work) depends on how you rate your sleep quality and what you mention in the free-text.

Lower activity raises the priority of vitamin D and bone protocols. Higher activity opens muscle, performance, and protein targeting, and tightens the recovery and inflammation track.
